Briefly describe Worksheet, Rows, Columns and Cell in the Electronic Spreadsheet.

Excel organizes data as grid in a workbook (.xlsx) containing sheets.

1. Worksheet — One grid page (Sheet1, Sheet2). Holds one table, e.g. salary sheet 2080.
2. Rows — Horizontal lines numbered 1, 2, 3... (over 1 million). One row = one record (one employee).
3. Columns — Vertical lines lettered A, B, C... (16k+). One column = one field (Name, Salary).
4. Cell — Intersection with address like B5 (column B, row 5). Holds one value/formula. Active cell gets input; range A1:D10 selects blocks for SUM or charts.

Example: C3 holds Ram's salary; =SUM(C2:C20) totals the Salary column.
