3. Rulers — Set margins, indents, tab stops visually.
4. Scrollbars + Status bar — Navigate long reports; see page/word count, language.
5. Work area + Print preview — Editable page with WYSIWYG before printing.

Mail Merge = many personalized copies from one template + Excel list (price notices to 150 cooperatives). Steps: Excel list (Name|District) → type body in Word → Mailings → Start Merge → Letters → Select Recipients (Excel) → Insert Merge Fields → Preview → Finish & Merge (Print/Email).
